Agricole Vallone was founded in 1934 and is run today by Vittoria and Maria Teresa Vallone, who work with agronomist Donato Lazzari and consulting enologist Severino Garofano. The following three estates cover a total of 600 hectares: The Flaminio estate in the Brindisi area, the Iore estate in the area of San Pancrazio Salentino and Castelserranova in the Carovigno area. Agricole Vallone has two different winemaking facilites: the Flaminio estate which houses the cellar near Brindisi where all of the wines are actually made, and the Copertino cellar in Lecce where the wines are aged in stainless steel, large oak botti, and small French oak barrels.
