Not far from the sea is the beautiful Beneventano region of Campania. This winery was once a cooperative that was purchased and turned into a private winery over 5 years ago. The 3 partners now make a variety of wines which are distributed around the world amongst which is this base IGT line. These autochthonous varietals are being rediscovered by Italian winemakers and a lot of research has been initiated by the various agriculture universities throughout Italy to bring to the forefront these indigenous grapes. Thanks to modern vinification techniques, the true potential of these unique varietals is making a mark on the international stage. Terre Campane is in Montecorvino in the province of Salerno. The wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks with the temperature controlled during fermentation. These fresh wines are to be enjoyed young and are everyday easy drinking wines.
