Three generations of the Fiorini family, dating back to the year 1919, have taken root in the generous and prosperous soil of Emilia where they have carefully refined the art of Lambrusco wine production. It is here on the hillsides of the Apennine mountains of Modena that they cultivate the ancient grapevines Lambrusco Sorbara and Lambrusco Grasparossa yielding wines steeped in history. The love and the passion for their own land and its noble products, handed down from father to son and daughter, has been fruitful even in the most recent years where globalization has now made possible the exposure of such products to people outside of the confines of their region. Cristina and her brother Alberto presently run the winery that was founded by their grandfather Antonio Fiorini. The philosophy of the Fiorini family has always been that it is the details that make the difference. They have a deep passion for their work, and the cantina and their team share this vision. The Fiorini wines, known for their richness and complexity, exemplify the tradition of Emilia where earnest hospitality has made the art of eating and drinking well, a point of excellence.
